Summary: The hotel location is fantastic, close to shops and well serviced by bus routes (e.g less than 10 mins to museums and waterfront). The room are clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, there was loud restoration noise one of the mornings as they were changing carpets in the floor above us. They offer to give us a different room when we checked with the front desk (nice but they should not have given us the room in the first place).

Summary: Perfect location for business or for visiting the city. Good buffet breakfast and modern well equipped Gym. Junior suite comfortable and well equipped. Front desk well attended by friendly professional staff.

Summary: Nice hotel in a great location. Staff were nice and the beds were really comfortable , unfortunately teater cafe was closed for summer

Summary: The hotel is beautiful and ideally located. The Theatercafeen should not be missed. Very friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend!!

Summary: Old bath towels in a supposedly high end hotel. If you have allergies DO NOT go to this hotel - I was given some food that was not as I requested per my allergies - burned my lips & mouth - they did NOTHING, did not help, did not apologize - I had to get a taxi to the emergency hospital.

Summary: We would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms had all the modern amenities and the beds were great. Service was fantastic, it was literally across the street from the exit of the train station. Very nice, elegant hotel. Breakfast! Beyond amazing. Will recommend to everyone that asks.

Summary: Great size room, comfortable seating area. Great location. There is some street noise as you’re on a main road, but it’s a quick trip to and from the airport using the train, and there’s an entrance across the road from the hotel. Palace is up the road and shops and restaurants surrounding.
